All MEXT scholars have made a decision whether they would take JTAS throughout the application procedure of MEXT Scholarship. Therefore, even though you are a MEXT scholar, you cannot apply for JTAS after your arrival. Please consider applying for Fall Semester(application period: around mid September) or taking another Japanese Course.
